Damages and Issues
We request you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at uanaturals04@gmail.com with clear evidence (photos/videos).
We will review the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or refunds on any products, including:

- Customized or personalized products
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, it will only be handled under the Damages and Issues section above.
