All orders placed on UA-Naturals are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation message via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing your order details.
1.3 Dispatch Notification
After dispatch, a shipping confirmation will be sent along with your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

UA-Naturals currently offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
2.2 International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we may expand our delivery network in the future.

- Shipping Charges: PKR 270 (may vary based on location)

3.3 Additional Charges

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
5.1 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Accurate shipping address
- Active phone number
- Valid email address
5.2 Delivery Failure Scenarios
Orders may be returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
5.3 Re-shipping Policy
In such cases:
- The customer will bear re-shipping charges
- Orders will only be re-dispatched after confirmation and payment of additional shipping fees
5.4 Refund Condition
If the customer declines re-shipment:
- A refund will be issued for the product cost only
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
6.1 Responsibility Disclaimer
Once the courier marks the order as “Delivered”, UA-Naturals is not liable for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen shipments

- Provide a secure delivery location
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package
6.3 Claims Process
In case of loss after delivery:
- Customers must contact the courier service directly
- UA-Naturals will assist by providing tracking and courier details
- No refunds or replacements will be issued for delivered orders
7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost-in-Transit Orders
7.1 Reporting Issues
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incomplete
- Lost during transit
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2 Investigation & Resolution
Upon receiving your complaint:
- We will investigate with the courier partner
- Resolution may include replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy
7.3 Eligibility Condition
Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
